| And here is our heater solution... | ||||||||||||||
| It's an oil-filled radiator-type heater. Not to big. Fits nicely between sink and coolbox. Has a thermostat and three heat settings (600 watt should do for the bus). Doesn't get super hot at the sides (you can touch it when it's on), so no danger of damaging the cupboards beside it. No ventilator, so very quiet. No problems with air circulation, no cutting of holes in the side of the bus. Ideal...!!! Apart from the fact it will only work on a campsite with hookup. So, I might buy a small generator with it, which I then can put at a safe distance of the bus. Still way cheaper then getting a heater installed in the bus. Now, I only have to go camping to really try it out (it works perfect in the garage) |
